Hello! I’m EnlightenMENTE\u2019s founder, Shannon Klaft, an international leadership consultant, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Through the creation of EnlightenMENTE, I’ve been able to leverage my Bachelor\u2019s of Science in Psychology, and Master of Arts in Teaching, as well as my certifications in Health Promotion, Leadership, and Coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n

I help teams and individuals navigate the challenges of life and find clarity and passion along the way. My goal is to help people pause and reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and determine how to get one step closer to their ultimate vision. <\/span>I utilize a variety of coaching strategies to provide support, inspiration, accountability, and ultimately RESULTS.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve traveled to 35 countries observing how various cultures survive and prosper and have served in roles in 4 countries. This global view gives me a unique perspective on the topic of thriving personally and professionally and serves as the basis of my Commit to Thrive Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are overwhelmed, overbooked, and overworked, you probably don’t have room in your life for your intention to arrive. Creating space allows ideas to flow, helpful people to emerge, opportunities to present themselves, and dreams to come to fruition. I help people create space in all areas of their life.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have a 95% (return and\/or referral rate) which means that almost all of my clients have either come back for more coaching when our time was finished or have referred a client to me that signed up for coaching.
