Starting a morning yoga routine is an incredible way to start each day. Start off with a clutter free mind and the confidence to tackle the goals ahead. Improve strength, concentration, flexibility, and endurance before some people have even rolled out of bed.
Work on your flexibility, strength, and foreign language skills all at the same time. We have classes offered in both Spanish and Mandarin. No language experience necessary.
Regardless of if you have been sitting at a desk all day and need to activate your muscles, have been standing on your feet for hours and need to rest, or you have been chasing after kids and feel completely drained, this class is for you.
The variety of poses and scaffolded levels allow people of all energy and skill levels to get exactly what their body, mind, and soul need to recharge.

While an ‘all ages’ class may not be “Zen-like” it does provide a chance to interact in a fun and healthy environment and meet new like-minded families who also value teaching mindfulness practices.

We’ve all heard of pre-natal yoga, but let’s be honest, “post baby” it can be physically and emotionally intimidating to get back into any sort of workout routine. We have created a class that caters to the unique needs of women who have committed to creating life.
(Children 7+) Will teach children how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will practice mindfulness, meditation, and begin to understand the function of basic physiology. Poses are scaffolded in difficulty. All levels are welcome.
